Rev. Thomas Spratt, P.P.
Wolfe Island, Ontario
My dear Rev. Father

I am sending you from the Community a chair to correspond with your prie-dieu, a little box of Agnus Dei and Gospels from the household and a stock from myself. With these articles please accept the best wishes of our hearts for a happy feast day.

They are poor expressions of our appreciation and gratitude to you Rev. and dear Father for all your care and labor for us; but your fatherly heart will, we know, recognize the sincerity of our sentiments be they ever so feebly expressed. Our general Communion will be offered tomorrow morning for you in which we will beg of God to grant you all you need spiritually and temporally.

Once again Rev. and dear Father we wish you many happy returns of the Feast of Saint Thomas and a glad Christmas Morning.

Your grateful and affectionate Children of the Providence.
Sister M. Edward, Sup. Gen.
