My time at Providence Motherhouse was truly a unique experience. The sisters and staff live true to their mission by empowering the vulnerable through compassionate service and advocating for one another in their growing age. Upon arrival, I found myself warmly welcomed by the friendly sister’s faces. It was a blessing to be able to care for them. The house is peaceful, and the sisters are deeply thankful for all their healthcare staff. Respect, compassion, and patience was always shown with every interaction. I am especially impressed by the level of care that the healthcare staff provide to these women. It is truly the pinnacle of competent, patient-centered care. These sisters live their lives with dignity, and I hope that their legacy will remind people of their grace.”

I would also like to make a special note for the nurse Judy, nurse Beatrice, and PSW Heather. These women showed me compassion at a vulnerable time as a new nursing student and guided me flawlessly in how things are done around Motherhouse. I hope that you share this message with them and let them know I am extremely grateful for meeting all of them!
