Rev. P. J. Harkins, P.P.
St. Jerome's Church, Holyoke
Dear Rev. Father,

Your kind letter reached me duly, but before I had an opportunity of replying, your request was complied with, in a most unexpected manner, and one which surprised me greatly. I was much pleased to hear that you bear testimony of this good Sister’s usefulness in your Schools, the progress of which I would not retard for the world, I can assure you Rev. Father.

With kindest wishes for your health I remain,
Respectfully Yours
Mother Mary Edward, Sup. Gen.
