Dec. 10, 1895 – To General Superior Sr. M. Edward, Kingston ON from Water Works Dept.

Dec. 10, 1895
To the Lady Superior
House of Providence
Dear Madame,

We beg to inform you that the Water Works Committee decided at the last meeting to make a fixed rate for the House of Providence including the stables of One hundred & ten dollars $110.00 net per year, of $27.50 per quarter.

It was also decided to reduce the charge for stables for 1894 from #30.00 to #20.00, an account for which we now enclose.

Yours truly,
