From Hwy 401:

Take Exit #615 - Sir John A. MacDonald Blvd.
Go south to Princess Street and turn RIGHT.
Go a short distance and turn LEFT at 1200 Princess.

At 1200 Princess:

Follow the Spirituality Centre sign LEFT (east).
Make three quarters of a circle around the entire building. Our secluded, fully accessible entrance is halfway up the furthest (west) side. Drop off your luggage and then park your car.

When to arrive?

For stay-over retreats and spirituality programs with a 4 p.m. start, please arrive between 2 – 4 p.m.

For stay-over retreats and spirituality programs with a 7 p.m. start, please arrive between 6 – 6:45 p.m. If you have requested to come for 5:15 p.m. supper you must arrive no later than 5 p.m.

For day only retreats and spirituality programs, please arrive 1/4 - 1/2 hour prior to start time.

What to bring?

Personal items. Comfortable clothes and shoes.

The Centre is smoke free and we strive to maintain a scent free environment.
